Domino parking lot

Mathwire.com has this great addition game to play using dominoes called the Domino Parking Lot.

With a tin of double six dominoes, my 5 year old daughter and I took turns adding the dots on the dominoes and parking them in the appropriate spaces. She seems to like this game as we’ve played it a few times in the last couple of days.

My oldest daughter and I are going to try using this mat with a set of double twelve dominoes for subtraction problems.

Mathwire is a very useful site. There’s lots of good ideas and free math printables there.
